Our Terms of Service

By using the EOT Labs website, Discord bot, dashboard or any product or service we provide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

EOT Labs is a small digital studio. We build and sell custom Discord bots (as source code or managed access), websites (ready-made templates and fully custom builds), game accounts (Steam, Fortnite and Epic — NFA) and a music-release service through our own label. The exact scope is agreed individually for each order.

When you use our products, a few ground rules apply:

Discord bots run on a per-server license — available per day, month, year or lifetime. Accounts and one-off products are a single purchase; the music service is a recurring €10/month subscription you can cancel anytime. All prices are agreed before you buy.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, they cannot be refunded once delivered — unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Our products and services are provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages — for example Discord, hosting or payment providers — or by misuse of our products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as our services grow. The current version always lives on this page — continued use after a change means you accept it.
